Getting active, whether it’s a walk, run, organised sport, gym session or pedalling to work or school, is vital for our health.

Not just our physical health, but also our social and mental health, too.

To find out how our community stays healthy and happy through physical activity and social connection, City of Stonnington is launching the Stonnington Social and Community Health Survey in partnership with Swinburne University of Technology.

Completing the survey (approximately 10 minutes to complete) will enter you into the draw to win one of ten one-month Harold Holt Swim Centre memberships. Entry into the prize draw is entirely optional.

We want to hear from you about how you enjoy active recreation in Stonnington, whether you feel there are enough sport and leisure opportunities in our community and what we can do to make these opportunities more accessible or appealing.

We’re also interested to find out how many people utilise active and public transport, and whether it’s an option you would consider if it were easier or more convenient.

The responses gathered will help Council to understand what activities and services are interacted with, their role in achieving social and community outcomes, and any barriers to participation or improvements that can be made.

Visit Connect Stonnington for more information and to complete the survey.
