The Stonnington Council Customer Service and Visitor Hub is now open at Prahran Square!
Council’s friendly Customer Service team will assist you with all of your enquiries, visitor information and advice.
Anything from parking permits, maintenance requests, lodgement of applications or the collection of animal tags, ‘No Junk Mail’ stickers, waste caddies, free doggie waste bags and more.

Monday: 8:30am to 5pm
Tuesday: 8:30am to 5pm
Wednesday: 8:30am to 5pm
Thursday: 8:30am to 5pm
Friday: 8:30am to 5pm
Saturday: 11am to 3pm
