A friendly staff member will greet you and advise the estimated waiting time. Covered areas and seating are available inside the hub.

Visit the Stonnington Council Customer Service and Visitor Hub and speak to our Customer Service team for Council advice and assistance, including:
- payments;
- lodgement of applications and permits;
- parking permits;
- service and maintenance requests;
- reporting an issue; and
- recycling of household batteries, mobile phones and CDs.
