DJ Rush (Between Acts)
DJ Rush will keep the energy flowing throughout the day with a vibrant mix of global beats, Afro rhythms, Latin grooves and crowd favourites. Expect seamless transitions between performances, creating a festive atmosphere from start to finish.

Free Face Painting
Perfect for families and young festivalgoers, enjoy complimentary face painting inspired by global cultural patterns and colourful festival designs.

Wala Is Life – African Drumming Performance & Workshop
Experience the power and rhythm of West African drumming with Wala Is Life. This high-energy performance blends traditional beats with interactive audience participation, inviting you to learn the rhythms and feel the heartbeat of African culture.

2:00 – 2:30 PM
Shashila Dance – Sri Lankan Dance Performance & Workshop
Be transported through graceful movements and vibrant costumes as Shashila Dance presents traditional Sri Lankan dance. Following the performance, join a fun, inclusive workshop open to all ages and abilities.

Wadaiko Rindo – Japanese Drumming
Established in 1996, Wadaiko Rindo is one of Melbourne’s premier Japanese taiko drumming ensembles. Known for their energetic and dynamic performances, they combine strength, precision and humour in spectacular visual displays. The powerful vibrations of the drums energise the entire audience.

David Smile Dance
Get ready to move. David Smile brings infectious Afro-Latin dance energy to the square with vibrant choreography and interactive crowd moments. Expect rhythm, joy and high-impact movement that invites everyone to join in.

Kreol Roots Pulsation
Closing the day with rhythm and soul, Kreol Roots Pulsation delivers a powerful blend of Mauritian Sega music and island-inspired beats. Their performance celebrates heritage, community and the joy of shared dance.

3:00 – 6:00 PM
Latin & Greek Stilt Walking Roving Performers
Keep an eye out for spectacular stilt walkers dressed in vibrant Latin and Greek-inspired costumes. Roaming throughout the precinct, they’ll create playful photo moments and bring colour and movement to the square.
