Join us for our FREE Strong Women at Prahran Square group events – empowering women to feel strong in body and mind.
Yoga
Come along to Prahran Square for a guided group yoga and meditation session, calming both body and mind.
The City of Stonnington’s ‘Strong Women @ Prahran Square’ group events aim to empower women to be healthy and strong physically, mentally and socially.

Boxing
Join us at Prahran Square for a supportive group boxing session, where you will learn to build and channel your strength positively through basic boxing and self-defence techniques.

Boxing gloves and pads will be provided if you do not have any of your own.
