Tai Chi is known for being one of the best exercises to help with the prevention of falls and self-improvement.

Meet us at Prahran Square for some gentle exercises that increase mobility, suppleness and alertness. Whether you're experienced or new, these free weekly classes are suitable for people of all levels, and led by an instructor from Tai Chi Australia

BYO bottle of water and wear comfortable clothes and shoes. In the event of inclement weather, this class will be cancelled.
